SPOTIFY FOR ARTISTS
Spotify for Artists is Spotify's free dashboard for musicians. Here's how to get access and what to use it for.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PROFILE
Go to the Spotify for Artists website, sign in, and search for your artist name. Many distributors can also give you instant access from their dashboard.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Add a profile photo, header image and bio. See streams, listeners and where fans are. Pin a release to your profile. Pitch one unreleased song at a time to Spotify's editors.
PITCH BEFORE RELEASE
Pitch at least a week before release day, and earlier is better. A pitched song is also more likely to show up in your followers' Release Radar.
GROW BEYOND SPOTIFY
Spotify's algorithm reacts to real listeners. Radio play, shows and social posts that send people to your song help it get picked up.
