What we collect
When you join, we store your name, artist name, email address, and the profile details you add (bio, photo, hometown, social links). Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card number.
When you browse the site, we collect standard usage information such as pages visited, approximate location (country), and device type, so we can understand what is working and fix what is not.
Advertising measurement (Google)
We advertise on Google. To know whether those ads lead to signups, a small piece of code from Google (the Google tag) runs on this site and reports actions such as page visits and completed signups to our Google Ads account. Google may set or read cookies for this purpose.
Visitors in regions that require consent (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec) are asked first through our cookie banner, and measurement stays limited until they accept. Visitors elsewhere are measured without a banner, as local law allows.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting stops advertising cookies and personalized ads measurement; the site works the same either way.
Learn how Google handles this data at https://business.safety.google/privacy/.
Emails
We send login links, receipts, show and review notifications, and occasional member updates. Marketing emails come from our own domain and every one includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your music, messages, or member-wall posts with anyone outside the membership features you use them in.
Your choices
You can update your profile, download your data, or delete your account from the members area, or by emailing studio@independentradio.fm. Cookie choices can be changed any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
